Bought BMW 520d from DMC in July last year. Dealt with Paul and the sales process was very smooth. First of all he gave me very good trade-in value of my existing car and there were no bargaining tactics needed from myself and the one and only final price was quoted which was reasonable. I asked Paul about getting the extended warranty from another company but he assured that the warranty they give is better.

The car developed a sensor fault within warranty period which was communicated to him but the fault disappeared next day. I had couple of months remaining so I did not bothered to change it. The next time fault appeared, the car was out of warranty but Paul was willing to take care of it as part of goodwill gesture. Also to avoid causing hassle for me, he agreed to allow me to fix it from local mechanic of my choice.

I would definitely consider DMC for my next car as they are true to their words and prioritize customer satisfaction.

I recently viewed a 2016 Audi Q3 that was for sale. When I first sat in the car, the middle arm console fell apart into three pieces. The seat belts were embedded in mould and there were multiple large stains in the upholstery. I proceeded to take the car for a test drive and discovered that the gearbox was faulty. When put into gear, there was very bad play in the shifter. You could very easily change from 1st to 5th in one movement. Asking 18k for a vehicle in this condition is ridiculous. I disclosed my worries of the car to the sales person and he disregarded my concerns. Do not buy a car from here.

Hi, I'm looking at cars on there site but that latest review is very worrying to say the least. Il wait to see how they deal with that gage issue. Imagine driving off your new used car and gage not working...even if customer left tank go empty...which is highly unlikely....what decent car garage sells car nearly empty tank...and quick Google would tell anyone with half brain not customer fault.....and under consumer protection laws customer completely entitled to have that and he seems to have warranty too!!....with warranty and first day should be fixed nothing said.. ..instead making difficult for him.
Let's see if they resolve that gage issue before going near this place.
